If your enterprise laptop or custom MacBook registers a verifiable structural hardware malfunction within this period, our technical desk will prioritize a direct performance repair or compile alternative options matching your configuration requirements.

₹1,000 Booking Reservation Cancellations

Our system allows users to secure high-demand unique configurations for a timeline parameters window of 48 hours via a refundable token amount of ₹1,000.00. The reversal parameters for this token block behave as follows:

• If you cancel your reservation sequence before the unit leaves our Indore warehouse hub, the full ₹1,000.00 token is 100% refundable without any processing penalty metrics.
• If the machine is configured, packed, and already dispatched to your transit routing before cancellation logs are received, the outbound courier expenses will be adjusted from the token pool.

Mandatory Return Conditions

To authorize any replacement or refund pipeline, the returned machine tracking parameters must strictly satisfy the following criteria logs upon reverse physical evaluation:

• The unit must have our unbroken, intact internal Second Own security warranty stamp sealed across the back chassis.
• The hardware state must be entirely pristine, completely matching our initial 40+ point diagnostic snapshot logs—free from any newly developed dents, scratches, or cosmetic changes.
• The system must include the original structural carton, charging bricks, connectivity adaptors, and the formal GST tax invoice packet.

Transit Loss Claims Validation

For claims involving external mechanical damages sustained during shipment transit, the validation pipeline strictly relies on the Mandated Unboxing Video Protocol (as itemized in our Shipping Policy parameters).

Failure to output a single-shot, continuous, un-edited unboxing video block starting before outer label breaks will cause the system to autolock and permanently reject the transit compensation route due to lack of standard logistical validation source variables.

Reversal Timelines & Settlement Method
